Copies of the authorisation, together with a copy of the General Acts order, referring to article 4 number 6 dated 17 March 1847 and General Order dated 16 March 1854, are sent [not included], to be given to the collector when appointed, in order to familiarise him with his duties.Paper Number: 20744/1856.
