He confirms the resignation of himself as overseer and Mr Kirk as assistant overseer. Thomas Nelson and George Clarke are the new overseers, John Walker assistant overseer.Annotated: send copy of Board's reply Number 10220, of 8 April 1856 to the auditor for his information.
