Description

Folio(s) 192. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to W E Goodacre [William E Goodacre], Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, in reply to his query whether or not to grant thirty shillings to Samuel Reddish for purchase of clothes for his children and bedding, so that he can move himself and his family out of the workhouse now that he has found good employment. The grant is not sanctioned.Paper Number: 15627/1856.
