Crime: Horse stealing - G Holcombe, prosecutor.

Initial sentence: Death.

Petitioner(s): Prisoner undersigned by the prosecutor and William Knighton , brother in law; William Clace, brother.

Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): Distressed state of wife, children and aged mother; brother does not think he is guilty; prosecutor recommends him to mercy by signing document.
