Prisoner name(s): Alfred Pink.

Court and date of trial: Winchester Summer Assizes 1821.

Crime: Having forged bank notes in his possession in Hammersmith.

Initial sentence: 14 years transportation.

Petitioner(s): John Soaper, surgeon of Southwick, near Fareham Hampshire.

Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): Has served four years on the hulk and behaved well; no previous crime; parents were from area.
