Names and details of prisoners:
Eli Cousins aged 40 convicted at Lewes on 7 August 1819 of felony. Initial sentence 14 years transportation ; Jonathan Rivett (Rivetts) aged 22 convicted at Chelmsford on 15 June 1822 of grand larceny. Initial sentence seven years transportation.
Gaoler's name: Robert Kellock, Overseer.
Grounds for clemency (Recommendation Details): Rivett: he has behaved well during the whole of his confinement.
Annotated (Recommendation Details): Free pardon September 1825.
Other papers: Letter from Robert Kellock recommending John Rivett be transferred to serve on the Pyramus frigate (annotated 'let him go').
A note from the Commanding Officer of the Pyramus stating that he is willing to receive John Rivetts.
