Prisoner name(s): William Bradwell.

Court and date of trial: Lancaster Quarter Sessions held at Salford January 1830.

Crime: Felony.

Initial sentence: 18 months imprisonment.

Annotated (Outcome): Remission prepared 22 October 1830.

Petitioner(s): Edward Hornby Chairman of the visiting justices of Knowsley, [Lancashire].

Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): The prisoner is in a very bad state of health and not likely to recover under any circumstances unless he is removed from the prison; the prisoner has friends who are willing to care for him.
