Court and date of trial: Middlesex Sessions held at Clerkenwell 12 July 1830.
Crime: Fraud. The prisoner obtained £2 from William Mattison on the 11 June 1830, £4 from Thomas Harding on the 28 May 1830 and £6 from Ann Harding of the monies of Thomas Harding.
Initial sentence: 14 years transportation (two sentences of seven years).
Annotated (Outcome): Free pardon prepared on the 2nd indictment 3 November 1830.
