To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: T Pain, Clerk to the Banbury Local Board of Health, Banbury, [Oxfordshire].
A letter and a statement detailing the total assessable value of the Banbury Local Board of Health's District as calculated by Pain. Pain forwards the statement. He says that Mr Francillon is likely to send a similar document, but 'more lengthy and argumentative' but Pain believes his simple statement furnishes the Office with all they need.
