Folios 442-443.
To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: T Pain, Clerk to the Banbury Local Board of Health, Banbury, [Oxfordshire].
A letter and a printed notice advertising an inquiry into the Banbury Board's desire to extend their borrowing powers under the Local Government Act 1858, to be held on 6 May 1864.
Pain acknowledges receipt of copies of the notice that he returns. The notice has a certificate on its reverse, attesting to the posting of such notices to all the churches, chapels, public buildings and other places where notices are displayed in the district.
