To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: T Pain, Clerk to the Banbury Local Board of Health, Banbury, [Oxfordshire].
A letter informing the Office that Pain has sent a draft of a petition from the Banbury Board to the Home Secretary requesting sanction to borrow £17200 for the purchase of water works by the evening's post. He requests the Office's opinion on the petition.
