Description

This series consists of the following records:

  • Officers' services, 1901 to 1905, including particulars as to the age, qualifications and marriage of each officer, with the dates of birth of his children. They also contain succession lists.
  • Digests of services and diaries of proceedings of the 3rd and 4th Regiments, 1901 to 1905.
  • Casualties, 1904 to 1906.
  • Posting book, 1903 to 1906: alphabetical index of men posted to other regiments from the Royal Garrison Regiment, giving the dates of enlistment and the corps to which posted.
