Plaintiffs: Betsy Letts spinster, Edward Letts, William Letts the younger, and James Letts, Thomas Letts, John Letts and Samuel Letts infants, by John Bradshaw their next friend.

Defendants: William Smith, James Wykes, William Wykes, John Bosworth and Elizabeth Bosworth his wife, and James Letts the elder.

County: Norhtamptonshire.
