In reply to Colonial Office despatch conveying the views of the Government of India that the recruitment of Indian workers in Jamaica for foreign countries should be controlled, forwards memoranda by the Protector of Immigrants and the Attorney General. There have been none recruited in the colony and the Protector has been requested to keep watch for any attempt.
