To: The General Board of Health.
From: Ballard and Mitchell, Solicitors, Burnley [Lancashire].
Letter stating that a letter addressed to William Ecroyd dated 20 October 1854 has been handed to them. It is stated in reply to that letter that it is now considered desirable that the petition sent by Ecroyd, praying that a Superintending Inspector is directed to visit the township of Little Marsden, should also include Great Marsden.
