From: William Trotter, Clerk to the Board of Guardians, Bishop Auckland [Durham].

Letter acknowledging receipt of 10 copies of the report of the Superintending Inspector appointed to inquire into the sanitary condition of the district of Bishop Auckland and into the Provisional Order applying the Public Health Act 1848 to that district.
