From: Tom Taylor, The General Board of Health.
Draft letter enclosing a copy of a letter from Mr Lee of Bishop Auckland [Durham] respecting his account for work done during the inquiry preliminary to the application of the Public Health Act 1848 to the district of Bishop Auckland. Rammell is asked to state whether Lee attended the inquiry as a volunteer or by his direction.
