To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: R H Buse, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Bideford [Devon].
Letter informing that the Local Board are contemplating applying for sanction of the Home Secretary to borrow money for the purpose of carrying out works of sewerage in their district. Plans and Sections of the proposed works are said be currently being prepared. Buse requests that an Engineer is sent to inspect the plans and Sections in question and advise the Board on the probable cost that they would incur for carrying the sewerage works.
