From: R H Buse, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Bideford [Devon].
Letter acknowledging receipt of a printed circular dated 19 December 1859. Buse explains that having only read the enclosures today he will be unable to forward the required returns by the time requested but adds that he will endeavour to send the annual report as soon as possible.
