As Mr. Miller, the Master, exchanged on board at Jamaica by permission of Sir George Rodney, because of his bad health and as he and the Surgeon inform me that he is worse and unfit to proceed to the coast of Africa, he has asked to be superseded by Walter Brode, Master of the Montague.
