Letter relating to instructions given on 11 June to Vice Admiral Baker commander in the Mediterranean to cruise with his squadron against the Rovers of the Emperor of Morocco and make reprisals for the injuries done to his majesty's subjects. Orders also to proceed to Argier [Algiers], Tunis and Tripoli with letters and presents, and to renew the treaties of peace with those governments.
