Copyright owner of work: William Arthur Forshaw, 199 Mount Road, Madras. Copyright author of work: James Periet Nicholas, late of Mount Road Madras. Died 22 June 1900. Name of parties to agreement: Eugen Philip Oakshot, and William Arthur Forshaw. Date of agreement: 4 February 1905. Form completed: 15 September 1905. Registration stamp: 1905 October 9.
