Miscellaneous documents (some formerly part of what is now TS 11) not thought appropriate for addition to other Treasury Solicitor series, They include copies of royal letters mainly to Queen Elizabeth of Bohemia, daughter of James I; papers relating to proceedings arising from the Jacobite Rebellion of 1715 and the Jacobite Conspiracy of 1722; documents concerning the commission of investigation into the conduct of Caroline of Brunswick, Princess of Wales, 1808 to 1811; and affidavits, briefs, correspondence, etc regarding various legal cases. The series also includes miscellaneous patents concerning appointments and pardons.

Some of the records are known to have been in the Public Record Office as early as 1853. It appears that they were returned to the Treasury Solicitor in 1917 and subsequently re-transferred.
