Folios 419-505: 29 October to 4 November 1915 (paper M 010456/16), N 1791.

Folios 420-428: Covering letter and report of operations, number 1975/120 E, dated 14 November 1916 by by Cecil Fiennes Thursby, Vice Admiral, HMS Triad, comprising: disposition of battleships, 1st detached Squadron (Crete and Anatolian Coast between Samos and Rhodes), 2nd Detached Squadron (Dardanelles area), 3rd Detached Squadron (Salonika area), 4th Detached Squadron (Smyrna, Khios and Samos area), 5th Detached Squadron (Doro-Salonika transport route), 6th Detached Squadron (Bulgarian coast) and general remarks. Mention of Lieutenant Charles E Davies RNR at action on Mosko Island, (folio 423); and Captain H E Grace and Major G H Seath DSO, RMLI for operation at Chai Aghizi, (folio 424); and Flight Sub-Lieutenant Lionel C Shoppee and 2nd Lieutenant Herbert E Tansley, 4th Battalion King's Royal Rifle Corps, (folio 424), for direct hit on bridge over river at Shimshirli.

Folios 429-431: Enclosure No 1, number CP 7, dated 7 November 1916, by Francis Clifton Brown, Senior Officer 1st Detached Squadron, HMS Edgar, mentions that on 30 October 1916, British Vice Consul at Canea discovered dead in bed from bullet wounds apparently self-inflicted.

Folios 432-441: Enclosure No 2, number SO/25, by Arthur Kenneth Macrorie, Senior Officer 2nd Detached Squadron, HMS Theseus. Includes RNAS 'C' Squadron patrol reports numbers 285-291, (folios 435-441).

Folios 442-447: Enclosure No 3, number 41/20, dated 7 November 1916, by by Cecil Minet Staveley, Senior officer Salonica, HMS Endymion, including military summary, note that Naval Court held to investigate charge against John Cooper 2nd engineer of 'Magda', (folio 443); court-martial held to try Engineer-Lieutenant A G Barker, (folio 443); report of Affairs in Greece, (folios 444-445). Includes report number 4 dated 4 November by William G Fitzgerald, SS Sorceress, regarding SS Norseman.

Report on firing to support military forces on 31 October 1916 comprising orders for Naval support, military operation orders (using Lake Tahinos-Pravista map and sketch map of mouth of Struma, military preliminary report on operation, military full reports on operation with enclosures.
