Folios 259-266: Covering letter and report of operations, number 1891/120 E, dated 3 November 1916 by Cecil Fiennes Thursby, Vice Admiral, HMS Triad, comprising: disposition of battleships, 1st Detached Squadron (Crete and Anatolian Coast between Samos and Rhodes), 2nd Detached Squadron (Dardanelles area), 3rd Detached Squadron (Salonika Area), 4th Detached Squadron (Smyrna, Khios and Samos area), 5th Detached Squadron (Doro-Salonika transport route), 6th Detached Squadron (Bulgarian coast), general remarks. Flight Sub-Lieutenant Lionel Shoppee RNAS and 2nd Lieutenant Herbert E Tansley, 4th Battalion King's Royal Rifles mentioned concerning attack on the Buk railway bridge, (folio 263).
