Cutting from 'The Locomotive' 15 February 1913, photographic illustration and notes on Cadbury Brothers 0-4-0 tank locomotive No 4 'Bournville', built Avonside Engine Company [1910] (see ZSPC 11/447/4 page 7 and ZSPC 11/446B/101) with typed note, 29 December 1941, that W E Hayward worked on drawings for sanding and cylinder drain cock gear for this locomotive (see ZSPC 11/446A/36).
