Folios 155-157. Letter from Daniel Booth of The Domvilles, Audley, Newcastle under Lyme, to the Poor Law Commissioners [Poor Law Board]. He asks if it is legal for a vestry to proceed to the election of an assistant overseer without due notice. Also if a poll can be demanded by the parish for this position or whether the assembled vestry only can decide.
