Folios 352-353. Letter from Thomas Day, Clerk to the Guardians of the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission. He encloses a report from the medical officer about the health of the workhouse inmates, which is so favourable that he suggests no further reports will be needed.
Enclosed report from T S Fletcher [Thomas Swindell Fletcher] stating that there have been no further cases in the last few days and that the inmates seem generally healthy. He suggests a return to the usual diet and that they can admit such cases as they need to.
Annotated: acknowledge and express satisfaction.
