Folio 338. Letter from Thomas Day, Clerk to the Guardians of the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission. The medical officer has reported to the guardians an improvement in the health of the workhouse inmates over the last week. A copy of the report is enclosed [not included]. Mr Austin [Alfred Austin, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner], was present at the meeting.
