Folio 313. Letter from Thomas Day, Clerk to the Guardians of the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission. He asks if they would sanction the expenditure by any of the parishes on clothing and travel to the port of embarkation, for any able-bodied pauper and his family, currently in the workhouse, who wishes to emigrate to Australia if they can obtain a free passage.
