Folios 301-303. Letter from Thomas Day, Clerk to the Guardians of the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission. He encloses the returns ordered by the House of Commons on 12 and 18 March 1844, and requested in the circular of 2 April 1844.
Enclosed statistical return from Day, giving the number of medical offers employed in 1840-1844, for the years ending 25 March, the annual cost of their salaries and of midwifery and surgical fees, and the average weekly number of paupers relieved in the workhouse each year.
