Folio 261. Letter from T S Fletcher [Thomas Swindell Fletcher, Medical Officer] of Bromsgrove [Bromsgrove Poor Law Union], to the Poor Law Commission. He thanks them for the kindness they showed in their investigation into his conduct in the cases of Mrs Ward and Mrs Pratt, and asks them to pass on his thanks to Mr Austin [Alfred Austin, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner], for his impartiality in conducting the enquiry.
