Draft letter to Mr Austin [Alfred Austin, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner], from the Poor Law Commission, acknowledging his report of 23 November 1843 into the conduct of Mr Fletcher [Thomas Swindell Fletcher], Medical Officer to the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, in the cases of Mrs Pratt and Mrs Ward. The Commission has written to the Bromsgrove Union and to the Droitwich Poor Law Union in accordance with the recommendations in the report.
