Letter containing copy of a letter (4 October) from the Principle Officers of the Ordnance, plus an extract of a letter (24 August ) from Captain Balchen of HMS Diamond in Jamaica and off Cape Nicola (Hispaniola) and a report (undated) from Francis Hawkins engineer, regarding the decayed condition of the ordnance store houses at Kingston following the hurricane of 1712.
