Enclosing letter (dated 30 September) from Captain Reynolds of the 'Adventure'. Having received intelligence from Flanders, reports the arrival at Ostend of a ship of 30 guns (having an English pass and manned by English sailors). Consigned to a Mr Raye an Irish merchant in Ostend, it is bound (as he says) to the East Indies with money and provisions.
