Arrangement
Arrangement

Since 1920 each circular has been given a number and a file reference.

Since 1870 significant Treasury minutes have, from time to time, been printed and thereafter held in bound and indexed sets in each division.

Sets of Treasury minutes were not identical and files 3 to 15, which were drawn from various divisions, contain some duplicates and overlap in dates.

Unbound circulars missing from the sets have been brought together in piece 5.
