It was the practice during the inter-war years for senior officials to have their papers bound instead of being filed and the bound volumes retained in a 'divisional' library. These 6 bound volumes contain minutes and correspondence by the Prime Minister, Chancellor of the Exchequer and various Treasury Officials (including: Sir Otto Niemeyer, Sir Frederick Leith-Ross, A P Waterfield, Sir Warren Fisher and Sir Richard Hopkins) but do not belong to any special collection.
