POLICE: 'Royal Military Police in Hong Kong.' 'The British Army in Hong Kong - Royal Military Police. Military Policemen form part of the joint military and civil patrols, usually about Section strength, which make regular visits to remote parts of the Colony. In these areas some villages can only be reached by footpath, by sea, or in some instances only by helicopter. From information gained on these visits community relations projects are often initiated.' The picture shows members of a patrol in conversation with residents of a village.
