Prisoner of War Interrogation Section (Home) London District Cage

This subsubseries contains numbered interrogation reports (with L.D.C. references) of enemy prisoners of war interviewed at London District Cage (based at Kensington Palace Gardens) by the Prisoner of War Interrogation Section (Home) - P.W.I.S.(H).

These reports are more detailed than the other P.W.I.S.(H) interrogation reports as they involve interviews of known and suspected war criminals and high ranking officers and suspected hard-core Nazis referred to London District cage from other P.W.I.S.(H) centres for further detailed interrogation. The reports are in a variant layout and length, and content, with some entirely in German. Most include the name and some details of the prisoner being interrogated, and some comprise voluntary statements
