Captured ship: Mond (otherwise La Lune or Moon) of Stettin (master Carl Parlo).
History: a Prussian merchant ship (213 tons, 7 men), bound from Bordeaux to St Malo, laden with wine, brandy, almonds, lemons, raisins, prunes; taken on 26 December 1779 in latitude 48°10'N by the privateer Trimmer (Charles Henderson commanding), and brought into the Scilly Isles.
Court papers: 1-7; Ship's papers: 8-88. [These are interim paper numbers, and are likely to change once more fully catalogued].
