History: a French merchant ship (polacre, 200 tons, 10 guns, 26 men), bound from Edenton, North Carolina to Cadiz, laden with tobacco; taken on 4 May 1779 in Oracoke Creek, North Carolina by the privateer Who'd Have Thought It (Anthony Lansfield commanding), and brought into New York.
