Captured ship: L'Eprevier of Morlaix (commander Jean Baptiste Hebert).
History: a French privateer (25 tons, 6 guns, 29 men), bound from St Malo to Morlaix on a cruise; taken on 7 January 1781 in latitude 50°N by the privateer Flying Fish (William Boxer commanding), and brought into Falmouth.
Court papers: 1-30; Ship's papers: 31-73. [These are interim paper numbers, and are likely to change once more fully catalogued].
