Petitioner(s): John Ringer (the convict) undersigned by Elizabeth Ann Foxhall (employer) and Edward Martin Foxhall (prosecutor) with Thomas Winter (former employer) and Mary Brook (aunt). Thomas Winter. Five petitions from John Clark.
Grounds for clemency: His first offence; his previous irreproachable character; he is sincerely penitent; his ill health is likely to cause his death before expiration of his sentence; employment has been arranged for him should he be liberated; the prosecutor joins in the petition.
