Folio(s) 43. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, regarding his letter of 26 March 1850. They say that they do not think it advisable to express any opinion on his query about votes for joint occupiers of property. With regard to his second query they say that if the owners have sent in their statements in conformity with 7&8 Vic c 101 s 15 then it is not material that the register was made in 1838.Paper Number: 12614/1850.
