Folio(s) 41. Letter from Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, regarding qualification for guardians. He encloses a copy of a local Kidderminster Act [not included] for rating the owners of small tenements. He comments that this Act compounds the rates to bring them above the £30 per annum required for qualification as guardian. He seeks their guidance prior to the forthcoming elections and requests an early reply.Annotated: [illegible].
