Folio(s) 27-28. Letter from George Duncan, Townshend near Kidderminster, Assistant Overseer, Wolverley, to the Poor Law Board. He encloses the explanation from the district auditor for disallowing £16 5s 10d. Copy of letter dated 15 February 1850 from Thomas S Simkiss, District Auditor, stating that he disallowed £16 5s 10d from Messrs Bird, Saunders and Bird because they were not expenses incurred during the overseer's year in office.
Annotated: issue an order to remit the disallowance of £16 5s 10d.
Further annotated: order remitting disallowance dated 21 April 1850 and 7 May 1850.
