Case Reference: Thomas Hyde, 23 February 1647.
Description: [seq 322; folio 133] Petition of Thomas Hide [Hyde] who owes rent to Mr Batson, now a delinquent, and has been ordered by the Wiltshire committee to pay it to the State.
[seq 324; folio 134] Copy of order, 2 March [1647], by the Wiltshire committee that any money due from Thomas Hide to William Batson of Bourton Hill in Gloucestershire for the rent of land in Hannington in Wiltshire shall be sequestrated to the use of the State. Signed: John Goddard, Thomas Goddard, William Jesse, Edward Martyn.
[seq 326; folio 135] Order, 7 May 1647, to refer Hide's case to John Bradshaw.
[seq 328; folio 136] Petition of Thomas Hide for an order to pay his rent arrears to the Wiltshire committee and be freed from a legal suit brought against him by William Batson, his landlord.
