Case Reference: Mary Cooke, 8 February 1647.

Description: [seq 280-281; folio 116] Copy [7 May 1649] of petition of Mary Cooke, widow, executrix of her late husband, John Cooke of the city of Hereford, that the sequestration may be discharged of lands in Lingen, Aymestrey, Tillington, Burghill and Kenchester in Herefordshire, seized for the delinquency of Sir Henry Lingen, the mortgagee.

[seq 282; folio 117] Order signed by Henry Pelham, 10 November 1648, to refer Mary Cooke's case to John Bradshaw. Notes by Bradshaw.

[seq 284; folio 118] Order by the Barons of the Exchequer, 7 May 1649, to refer Mary Cooke's case to William Steel. Notes by Steel, 29 May 1649.
