Description: [seq 262; folio 108] Petition, 3 February 1647, of Agnes Harvey and her sister (partly illegible).
[seq 264; folio 109] Petition, 3 February 1647, of Henry Harvey (partly illegible).
[seq 266; folio 110] Petition [28 May 1647] of Henry Harvey, that the Somerset committee give him the reasons for his sequestration and allow him to cross-examine witnesses, his estate having been in sequestration for two years without any allowance being made for the maintenance of his wife and children.
[seq 268; folio 111] Petition [4 June 1647] of Barbara Harvey, wife of Henry Harvey, for a fifth part of the estate for the subsistence of herself and her children.
[seq 270; folio 112] Petition [17 November 1647] of Henry Harvey for an order to compel the Somerset committee to comply with earlier orders to give him the heads of the charge against him etc.
