Description: [seq 243; folio 99] Copy of petition [3 December 1647] of John Coventry Esq on behalf of himself, Sir George Savile and others, for provision to be made for the support of Sir George Savile and the rest of the children of the late Sir William Savile, who died £10,000 in debt.
[seq 244; folio 100] Order, 18 December 1647, that the sequestration of the lands of Sir William Savile be discharged, and that the debts owing from that estate to any delinquents or recusants should be paid to the State.
